Account & data deletion

Ourövia (Android app package com.aiflowlab.ourovia) — request deletion of your app account and associated data. This page is the public web resource for Google Play Data safety.

Request deletion by email (web path)

You do not need the app installed. Email us and we will process account and associated cloud data deletion.

Please include:

Subject line: Ourövia account deletion request
The Google account email you used to sign in (if any)
Approximate dates you used the app (optional, helps us find records)

Email deletion request

We aim to complete requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when done.

In the Ourövia app (in-app path)

Open Parent Zone (grown-up check required).
Under Account, choose Delete account.
Confirm. We remove your Firebase Auth account for this app, clear the local story library on the device, and sign you out.

If Google asks you to sign in again for security, complete sign-in and retry Delete account, or use the email path above.

What we delete

Account: Firebase Authentication identity used with Ourövia (Google-linked or anonymous session associated with the request).
Cloud-associated data: App-linked records we control for quotas / account (where stored for your UID), processed on request.
On device (in-app delete): Local story library and favorites on that device.

What uninstall does

Uninstalling Ourövia clears on-device preferences and the local story database. Android Auto Backup is disabled for this app, so the library is not restored from system backup. Uninstall alone does not always remove cloud account records — use this page or in-app Delete account for that.
